The certificate also promotes the development of wider employment skills, emphasising the importance of appropriate conduct, equipment requirements and dress in a work area, customer service, customer care and safe working practices.

    The aim of this qualification is to encourage the development of employability skills used within the construction industry.

    With these new skills, graduates will be equipped to prepare for a world of working, they are encouraged to take up construction projects, continuing to build and develop upon what they have learnt.
